1. Nature of Our Services
SurveyZone provides digital services and virtual rewards, including surveys, offers, and point-based redemptions. Due to the digital and on-demand nature of these services, most transactions are non-refundable.
2. No Automatic Refunds
All purchases, subscriptions, and redemptions made through SurveyZone are final. We do not offer automatic refunds, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchases
- Failure to use earned rewards
- Failure to cancel a subscription on time (if applicable)
3. Eligible Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- You were charged incorrectly due to a system error
- A technical issue on our side prevented service delivery
- An unauthorized or fraudulent transaction is confirmed
All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of SurveyZone.
4. Refund Request Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date. Requests submitted after this period will not be reviewed.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method via Stripe. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Chargebacks
We encourage users to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.
