Welcome to surveyzone, a rewards app offering surveys, offers, leaderboards, and a refer-and-earn program. By using surveyzone, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Account Terms

To use surveyzone, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent if under 18.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete account information.
• Maintain the security of your account (e.g., keep your password confidential).
• Use only one account per person; multiple accounts are prohibited.
• Avoid using VPNs or proxy services to mask your location, as this may interfere with our fraud prevention measures.
• Not attempt to exploit or manipulate the reward system (e.g., creating fake referrals or submitting fraudulent survey responses).

2. Rewards and Payments

surveyzone offers rewards through:

• Points earned via surveys, daily check-ins, offers, and refer-and-earn activities.
• Conversion of points to cash or other rewards, subject to minimum payout thresholds.
• Payments processed through third-party payment providers (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer).
• Payment processing times vary by method and may take 7-30 business days.
• Users must provide accurate payment details; incorrect details may result in payment delays or forfeiture.
• We may verify account activity before processing payments to prevent fraud.
• Payment methods and processing fees vary by region and are subject to change.
• surveyzone is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading survey responses.
• Use bots, automated tools, or scripts to interact with the app.
• Share or transfer your account to others.
• Attempt to exploit the reward system (e.g., fake referrals or duplicate accounts).
• Access the app from regions where it is restricted by law or our policies.
• Submit fraudulent payment information.

4. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violating these Terms.
• Engaging in suspicious activity (e.g., unusual account behavior or fraud attempts).
• Inactivity for 12 consecutive months.
• Creating multiple accounts on the same device.
• Submitting fraudulent payment requests.

Terminated accounts may lose access to earned points or pending payments.
